Conference fees
The conference fee includes access to all sessions, lunch (on both days), and the conference's dinner on Friday.
Travel grants
A limited number of travel grants are available to support the participation of PhD students and postdocs who are working in a low- or middle-income country, and who have an accepted abstract. Applicants must be based in one of the countries listed HERE. Each travel grant includes a waiver of the registration fee and a financial contribution of CHF 500.
Applications must be submitted through the official registration form. When registering, you will be asked to submit your CV and a short motivation letter together with your abstract. The grants will be awarded based on the quality and acceptance of the abstract, as well as the availability of funds.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated using the contact page on this website.
Cancellations communicated before the registration deadline (May 10, 2026): The full conference fee will be reimbursed. Any transfer fees will be charged to the person cancelling participation.
Cancellations communicated between May 10 and June 10, 2026: 50 % of the conference fee will be reimbursed.
Cancellations communicated after June 10, 2026: No refund.

Liability
The conference organizers will take all reasonable measures to ensure the smooth operation of the conference. However, the organizers, the hosting institution, and any affiliated partners assume no liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during travel to or from the conference, or while attending any conference sessions, events, or activities.
Attendees are responsible for obtaining adequate health, travel, and accident insurance coverage.
The organizers also reserve the right to modify the conference program, if necessary.

No other individuals or third parties will have access to your data, with the exception of the other participants (see below). By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that your name and contact information will be included in the conference’s printed and digital participant lists. These lists will be shared exclusively with registered participants.

All personal data will be stored and handled securely to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
Data Retention
Your data will be retained only for the time necessary to organize and conclude the conference. After this period, your information will be safely deleted.
Abstracts
Submitted abstracts will be stored and handled securely to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. They will be shared only with the conference participants.
Recording during the conference
Recordings of the talks or posters in any form is prohibited.
